OUR JOURNEY

Transformational Compass are looking to expand our reach from the foundations that we have built in and around the Northland Te Tai Tokerau community, Aotearoa NZ.

Initially this expansion will be to offer our workshop, training and consulting services to the rest of Aotearoa and Australasia

Business Founders - 

Taane (Ngāpuhi) and Wendy  (Tauiwi)  are partners in business and life. We come with a wealth of experience both in Te Ao Maori and biculturalism, and in our respective previous careers - social work, education, health promotion, organisational administration, staff training and development

We are looking to build a bridge to our new network of  clients, and in turn will provide a bridge to create a positive introduction and/or grounding of Tikanga Maori in organisations - as this is our passion.
